Born in Moshny, Ukraine, and raised in Burundi, Liliya’s international upbringing deeply influences her legal perspective and commitment to justice.

She holds advanced degrees in International and European Business Law and has previously worked with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. After relocating to the United States, she gained extensive hands-on litigation experience as a senior paralegal in a high-volume personal injury firm. This experience inspired her to become a practicing attorney, where she now zealously represents clients in matters including personal injury, family law, and immigration.
