Overview
Wesley W. Wilson is a founding partner at Bair Wilson Sharma, LLC and a seasoned family law attorney known for his compassionate approach and practical guidance through emotionally charged legal matters. Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Wesley has called Georgia home since 1996.
Wesley earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida, and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English from Georgia State University, with a minor in Biology. A former collegiate baseball player and student-athlete leader, he brings the same discipline and focus to every case he handles.
He began his career in the non-profit sector, working with underserved communities in Gwinnett County to help low-income families achieve financial stability. His dedication to service translated naturally into legal practice, where he discovered his calling in family law.
Wesley has been in practice for 13 years. He has managed family law departments at metro Atlanta firms, representing both English- and Spanish-speaking clients in a wide range of matters, including custody, visitation, support, juvenile dependency, and criminal defense. His approachable, no-nonsense style helps clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.

“Domestic cases are typically a stressful time for all involved. My goal is to provide counsel on legal options associated with, but not limited to Divorce, Custody, Support, Property and Asset Division, and Deprivations. I pride myself in being able to clearly explain the steps that must be taken to navigate through each of these situations.”
