Liliya P. Makhlaychuk-Sharma

Liliya P. Makhlaychuk-Sharma is a founding partner at Bair Wilson Sharma LLC, and brings a globally informed, client-centered approach to her legal practice. Born in Moshny, Ukraine, and raised in Burundi, Liliya’s international upbringing deeply influences her legal perspective and commitment to justice.

She holds advanced degrees in International and European Business Law and has previously worked with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. After relocating to the United States, she gained extensive hands-on litigation experience as a senior paralegal in a high-volume personal injury firm. This experience inspired her to become a practicing attorney, where she now zealously represents clients in matters including personal injury and immigration law.

Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and French, Liliya provides multilingual legal services and serves as a trusted advocate for diverse communities in Georgia and beyond.
